ON PURCHASE OF ALL AHOY BIKES LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR BICYCLE FRAME,
6 MONTHS FOR FORK (RIGID OR SUSPENSION)
Our Bikes are sold exclusively by our Authorised Dealers who we entrust with professional assembly and service of your bike. We provide a warranty for each new Ahoy Bikes, Fork and original component parts of the bicycle against defects in the workmanship and material.
Warranty Excludes:
This warranty does not cover labor charges for part replacement or changeover, Tires and Tubes, normal wear and tear, Improper assembly installation of components, parts of accessories not originally intended damage or failure due to accident, misuse, neglect or abuse of the product.
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damage or any misuse by the cyclists, Any claim under this warranty must be made only through an Authorised Ahoy Bikes Dealer (from where you purchase this bike.) along with original Proof of purchase.
This warranty is expressly Limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty starts from the date of purchase only to the original owner of this bike.
Transportation costs and labor charges incurred in the replacement of parts are not covered under this warranty.
Fading of the paint caused by the effects of ultraviolet rays (UV) in the sunlight or excessive outdoor exposure.
This warranty is void in its entirely by any modification of the frame. Fork and components originally sold as a company product/Stock product/ Stock specifications.
Do not exposed Neon Colors to Direct Sunlight over a longer period as colors may lose part of their intensity when exposed to direct sunlight Warranty does not apply for color fading for Neon Colors.
