At AHOY! our first priority is 100% satisfaction with your AHOY! Bike. We gladly accept a return for the AHOY! Bike in a saleable condition within 10 days of delivery, if you have made the purchase directly through the AHOY! website. We will not accept returns that were purchased originally from somewhere other than AHOYBIKES.com.
If we have made an error in shipping the product, such as sending you the wrong style or colour from that which you purchased, or if you find the AHOY! Bike to be defective, please contact us immediately at +91 74190-74190 and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the return is not due to our error, please email email@example.com to request a return authorization, explaining the reason for return. Once a return authorization is issued along with shipping instructions, please ship the product back via a traceable method that will be suggested to you, in its original packaging and we will issue you a credit. The original packaging must be in “new” condition so that we can resell your exchange.

Important: AHOY! Bikes do not cover the cost of returning the product, EXCEPT in the case of a defective bike or error in shipping from our side (i.e. in case we ship you the wrong colour/style than ordered by you). If you believe that the AHOY! Bike you received is defective, please call us immediately at +91 74190-74190 OR email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can determine the defect and issue you a credit or send you replacement parts or product. Ordering the wrong size for your child is NOT considered an error on AHOY’s part, so please be sure to measure your child correctly before ordering — Thanks!
